ND23NW 59 2091 3511 and 2087 3503

Standing Stones [NAT] OS 6-inch map, 1959.

These stones are not well weathered; probably cattle rubbing stones.
Visited by OS (NKB) 12 May 1967.

The stone at ND 2091 3511 is a leaning slab 1.1m high by 0.9m wide and 0.1m thick. The other stone has been removed.
Published survey (1:10,000) revised.
