Two roofed buildings, a pond and a drain, are depicted on the first edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xviii). The buildings appear as unroofed on the second edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1905, sheet xviii). The drain and remnants of the pond are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1971).
