Full Description

Longhouse (ND 1161 5438), Pullyhour. Dimensions: 30 x 5m. Rectangular tripartite structure defined by low stony walls. It is associated with two ruined outbuildings. Orientation NE-SW.

Three roofed buildings are depicted on the first edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet xvii). One unroofed building is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1963).
