There is a, now disused, church located next to Astley Hall, which may be the church meant by the RCAHMS, since the adjacent hall was designed by Philip Webb.
NMRS no. NM68NE12 has been taken here to refer to James Gillespie Graham's Parish Church (see SMR no. NM68NE0011).
