Full Description

An area, 17 by 12m, of grass-grown stony mounds possibly represents an overgrown structure.
C E Batey 1980.

ND 3872 6833. The L-shaped vestiges of a probably early-modern building are generally as described and planned by Miss Batey. On the N side of the ditch which truncates them the footings measure 8.0m by 8.0m. Visited by OS (J B) 20 July 1982.
