What may be a single unroofed shieling-hut is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1876, sheet xv) and on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1970).

Rectangular stone footings of a putative shieling hut on the east side of the Allt a' Bhaca. Site photographed as part of a rapid development assessment by Eden Environment prior to submitting an Environmental Statement for a new hydro scheme. <1>
