Human Remains found AD 1852 (NAT)
OS 6" map, Caithness, 2nd ed., (1907)

Human remains, among them a full sized skeleton, were uncovered by Mr Miller (Durran) while he was making a road in front of the mill in 1852. The remains were reburied a short distance from where they were found. Name Book 1872.
