Full Description

NH41SE 12 4703 1298 AND 4712 1296.
At NH 4703 1298 is a poorly preserved hut circle measuring about 14.0m in diameter between the centres of the mutilated wall spread to 3.5m in width. The ill defined entrance is in the SE.
Two or three stone clearance heaps some 150m to the W in an afforested area, may be from contemporary cultivation.
Some 90m ESE from the hut at NH 4712 1296, surmounting a rise, is a turf-covered stony mound about 6.5m in diameter and 0.3m high, which could be a pillaged burial cairn.
Hut re-surveyed at 1/2500.
