Situated about 500m from the N end of the Screapadal Forest walk and 10m to the W of the track is a stone-built longhouse in reasonable condition. The walls still stand to 1.5m in most places. The longhouse is aligned E-W and is subdivided internally into three compartments; a doorway into each compartment is situated in the S wall. Fireplaces are built into the thickness of both the E and W ends. Overall measurements are 15.5m E-W by 5.5m N-S; the walls are 0.6m thick. (Shown on OS 6-inch map, 1964.)
