Farm (ND 2915 5295), Netherton. L-shaped farm with associated house dated c1900, still occupied, similar to Mercer class II.

Two roofed buildings are depicted on the first edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xxiv). A U-shaped roofed building is shown on the current OS 1:10,000 map (1994).
