Full Description

Rifle range marked on the OS 2nd edition map of 1903, running NNW for 600 yards. Changes in the course of the River Feshie mean that one of the 'Targets' is now on the other (west) side of the river. According to Grant, Memoirs of a Highland Lady, this was where the troops were drilled (1897 (1950), 68).
