(NG 596 264) Strollamus: shown as township in 1824 (W Johnson, Map of Skye, 1824) a), but evidently deserted long before 1876 (OS 6"map, Isle of Skye, Inverness-shire, 1st ed.) (No buildings but district name survives)

The depopulated township of Strollamus comprises at least thirty ruined houses, a large number of which have yards attached. To the S of the main nucleus are two ruined huts, one of which is circular: they are probably shielings. The township is surrounded by an extensive area of lazy-beds and enclosure banks.
