A farmstead, comprising three unroofed buildings of which one is a long building and one unroofed structure attached to an enclosure which is annotated as a sheepfold are depicted on the 1st edition of the 6-inch map (Nairnshire, Inverness-shire and Elginshire 1871-4, sheet xiii). One roofed building, two unroofed buildings and the pecked outline of an enclosure and an unroofed structure are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1973).
