The vessel sank 6 miles north of Strathy Point at approxiamtely 58 42 00N, 004 00 00W.
11 Janauary 1985. The wreck was examined on 29 July 1984 at 58 41 20N, 004 00 39W. This position was obtained using syledis or decca [n scot] red f 8.7, purple d 64.5. The least echo sounder depth was 105 in a general depth of 109 metres. No scouring was observed. The side scan sonar indicated a height of 4 metres, and length of 40 metres (131 feet). The vessel is lying with its keel orientated 090/270 degrees.

Note: This is possibly the DUCKBRIDGE, but could be too small. The decca coords are in error - should read:- red f 8.82, purple d 57.67 (nvgp).
