Full Description

A small building and a oval pen are situated on a raised beach at the N end of Loch of Reiff. The building (ACHIL94 33), which has rounded corners at the W end but squared corners at the E, measures 4.1m from E to W by 1.9m transversely within faced-rubble walls 0.7m thick and 0.7m high, with an entrance in the E. There is a plinth in the W end, 0.9m across and 0.1m high. The pen lies a few metres to the SW and measures 4.2m from ESE to WNW by 3m transversely within drystone walls reduced to 0.25m in height and spread to 1m in thickness.
