The name should be Art Young; the Ord seems to be a conflation with the name of the lightkeeper.

Steamer ORD YOUNG, 7176 ton gross, 4386 ton net, of Pensacola, master Walter Gray, bound from Malmo, Sweden to Baltimore. Lost 28 Aug 1947, 7pm. North part of Stroma, 300 yards from Stroma Lighthouse. Dense fog. The captain informs me that he gave way to a trawler in fog. No lives lost. No danger. Cargo - light ship.
