There is a subrectangular turf-walled hut in heather-covered ground at the base of a rocky knoll 320m SW of Achlochan House. It measures 3.5m NW-SE by 1.7m transversely within walls 0.9m thick and up to 0.25m high (ACHIL94 84; NC 0219 0686). About 40m to the S at NC 0219 0682 there is a pen, built against an outcrop on its WNW side, which measures 3.2m by 2.4m within drystone-rubble walls 1m high. It has an entrance in the NNE end.
