Concrete pillbox on access route to village, stone wall built atround it - HAW 7/2003

WWII concrete pillbox, type FW3/24. J A Guy, 20th Century Defences, (report nos. 1, 8 & 11)

A pillbox was noted, but not visited, in a field between Ord Place and the B 864 public road at the S end of Lairg. It has the appearance being a type 24 version.
