Full Description

Turf dyke runs from NG 8492 3746 to NG 8457 3840.

This follows the west bank of the Allt Ribeig, and is most visible between the two fords. Just below the northwern ford the dyke turns NW and follows roughly this direction until it rejoins the path west of Blar nan Clachan Mora, and ends at the drystone dyke. Aerial photographs of 1947, predating the forestry north of the drystone dyke, indicate the turf dyke originally continued north.
