Two hut-circles are situated on a low ridge to the NW of the 19th century farmstead of Grumby. The W hut-circle (ROG95 87, NC 7100 0989) has been reduced by cultivation to a platform measuring about 13m in diameter. A fragment of the hut-circle bank survives on the NE where it measures 1.8m in thickness and 0.3m in height. Faint rigs, measuring about 2m between furrows, cover the interior.
The second hut-circle (ROG95 88, NC 7110 0988) measures 10.5m in diameter within a stony bank 1.4m in thickness and 0.4m in height. The entrance is on the SSW, and a subrectangular turf-walled hut is attached to the outside of the bank on the SSE.
