A farmstead, comprising two buildings, and an enclosed field of rig lie on a gentle slope below a small hill. The buildings are situated on E of field and are aligned N-S. The larger building, which lies on N (ROG95 438), measures 10m by 3.8m within faced-rubble walls, 0.5m high and 0.7m thick, with an entrance on E. The smaller building measures 5.7m by 2.9m within walls of similar construction to N building, and entrance is on E. The field measures about 150m from E-W by 75m transversely, its perimeter defined by a stone wall, now much reduced. Within it there are traces of rig with a width of 3m to 4m, which has been reduced by recent cultivation.
