This farmstead comprises two buildings and a pen, or hut, which are situated on the N edge of a croft; the buildings lie N of the croft-fence and the hut within it. The W building (ROG95 263) measures 6.3m from E to W by 2.3m transversely within faced-rubble walls, 0.8m thick, which are largely reduced to footings 0.3m in height, with a stone-walled hut built over the E end. The E building measures 7.5m from WNW to ESE by 3.1m transversely within faced-rubble walls, 0.65m thick and up to 1.5m high, with an entrance in the SSW, a fireplace in the WNW gable and a cartshed on the ESE. The pen or hut measures 4.5m from E to W by 2.5m transversely within rubble footings, 0.5m thick and up to 0.4m high.
