This farmstead is situated on an E-facing slope, overgrown with bracken, about 450m SSW of Loch a' Ghiubhais. It comprises one turf building, a turf-built hut, an enclosure, a turf pen and an area of rig cultivation.
The building (ROG95 224) is situated close to the top of the slope. It is subrectangular, measuring 12m from E to W by 2.7m transversely within walls of turf on stone footings 0.7m thick, now reduced to 0.3m in height. The entrance is in the S side and the interior has been divided into three compartments. To the S of the building there is a subrectangular enclosure containing a pen, and to the E of these structures rig extends E down the slope for about 90m. The hut (ROG95 225) is at the SE edge of the rig; it measures 5.2m in length by 3.3m in breadth over a turf wall spread to 1m in thickness.
