NC02NE 18 from 0829 2940 to 0874 2920 and from 0943 2901 to NC 0946 2896

The remains of a substantial turf-and-stone dyke were traced by Headland Archaeology during a pre-affroestation survey (NMRS MS 899/63, no.7), from the S end of Loch na Creige Loisgte across to the W end of Loch an Eich Uidhir. The dyke is some 600m long and is up to 0.8m high and 1m wide. Between NC 0943 2901 and NC 0946 2896 there is a continuation of what is probably the same feature crossing the neck of ground between two unnamed lochs.
