Two buildings are situated about 15m apart on a ridge between two kettle holes on the SE side of the A86 road. That to the NNE measures 9.7m in length and 2.8m in breadth within walls reduced to stony banks 0.2m in height; traces of an outshot or earlier building extend 7.3m to the SSW (KING95 787). The building to the SSW (KING95 65, NN 7003 9799) measures internally 7.4m in length by 2.5m in breadth, its walls also reduced to stony banks 0.2m high. These buildings may have been associated with the township (NN69NE 7) which now lies within a forestry plantation to the SW.
