NN69NE 3.04 6824 9971

This farmstead is situated to the E of a conifer plantation about 220m NW of East Glenbanchor township (NN69NE 3.02). It comprises two buildings both of which have been much reduced by the robbing of stone. Both are aligned from NE to SW along the edge of a terrace. The building to the SW (KING95 763) is rectangular with faced-rubble footings and measures 13.8m by 4.9m overall. Its entrance is on the SE and a roughly square pit measuring 3.4m across has been excavated immediately outside the NW side of the building (KING95 764). The building to the NE measures 10.5m in length by 6m in breadth over turf walls spread to 2.4m in thickness (KING95 764).
