Shells in the NW part of the point were ploughed. The shells are in species heaps and are friable. Scallops, winkles and cockles are represented. The land is flat and the shell localised to an area 6 or 7 feet across, perhaps more.
Discovered by David Fiddimore, Customs Officer, Glenmorangie.
