Full Description
Annaid - name possibly relating to the 9th/10th c., relating to a disused religious building. All the stones from the dun site were supposedly removed by crofters to make dykes, byres and houses.
On the O.S. Pathfinder map, showmn as 'Talla na h-Annat', and clearly marked as a ruin. It is locally known and the remains are said to be substantial - to complex to be a croft house?.
