Full Description

A flanged axe, 5.7" long, 2.1" across the cutting edge, 1" deep across the flanges, from Culloden Muir is in the possession of Douglas Thomson, Priory Cottage, Edwardstone, Suffolk. It was found by his father near a rabbit hole before 1891, possibly in the vicinity of the Cameron grave (NH 7425 4497). (Information contained in letter from D Thomson to OS,
