Full Description

Documentary evidence suggests that 2 mills stood on the shores near the church, Munlochy Bay. These mills were operated by sea water. Investigation in this area revealed the discovery of a large, circular grindstone. The mills went out of use before the 1800's.It was 4 ft in diameter and weighed about a ton.
