Full Description

NH74SE 29 7518 4388

There is a circular mound with a regular profile c. 25m in diameter
and a maximum of c. 0.7m high in an arable field, some 38m to the SW
of the chapel and graveyard at Ballaggan, between Clava cairns NH74SE 2 and 6. On the summit of the mound some stones are visible in the grass. The regularity of the mound suggests that it is man made.

Air photographs, taken by Jill Harden in 1989, are in Inverness Museum (8907.03-05 INVMG).
