Full Description

Associated with South Corrie House and Barn (Listed - see NM85SW0004) are a sheep fank, enclosures, field clearance and several large cairns. The largest cairn is about 2m high in the centre and lies within a wooded enclosure at NGR NM 839 523; it may overlie a prehistoric cairn and cist. Site of a very old coastal track leading from the head of Loch a Choire to Glensanda, which is drained and paved in places.
