Full Description

Building remains.
SE corner of building remains, the S gable of which is attached to the N sidewall of Feature 022 (below), now all under tree cover in the pine plantation of Feature 007 (above). It measures 8m long x 4m wide with the sidewalls trending 013 degrees. The N gable wall is 0.9m thick and is defined by boulders, one of which is very prominent at 0.6m high, and is attached to the linear boundary dyke of Feature 040 (below). The sidewalls and S gable are composed of smaller cobbles, spread to 1m and only 0.2m high. As there is no vegetation cover on the level ground under the tree canopy, the walls are set on bare earth and leaf litter, and are relatively easy to discern, and a possible entrance is placed centrally on the W sidewall. <1>
