Full Description

Platform.
Set on the 1st terrace raised 2m above and 3m to the E of Allt a’Mhuilinn, a 4m long, grass-covered level platform extends out from the bank for 3m towards the river. On the vertical face of the platform, facing W towards the river, there is no support other than earth, dropping down to river bank level. On the N side of the platform, a grass-covered 1.5m wide, 357 degrees-trending track ramps down for 7m to the level of the river bank, and to its S side, another track trends 210 degrees to access the same level. It is unsure what purpose this feature served. <1>
