Wooden walkway also being put in place down side of dunes to beach, no reported finds. According to the builders the finds from this area are no longer exposed, there are the remnants of what is left on the beach, although nothing visible on this day - HAW 7/2003

Paul Humphreys states that there are local reports of finds such as whale vertebrae & other things found on the beach opposite the caravan park. It is suggested that when the area was flattened to build the park, early occupation layers were largely flattened & finds ended up on the beach. This could be a southern extension of site ND27SW0047. - HAW 2/2003
