Full Description

Peat Cuttings.
NW corner of old peat cuttings, now regenerated by an overgrowth of heather and set on the roughly level boggy ground above the steep river terrace face of the W bank of Allt SmeĆ²rail. The W longside trends from this location towards 192 degrees for 20m and the 0.4m deep cuttings are 12m wide. <1>
