Full Description

Borrow Pit.
In the SE, lower end of the same moraine ridge of Feature 132 (above), trending 310 degrees, on the NE bank of Allt a’Bhreac-achaidh, a horseshoe-shaped hollow, measuring 6m x 4m x 2m deep, has been dug into its end, where the ridge runs into the moderately SE-sloping burn side. It is thought unlikely that it is a modern pit and may have been used in the construction of the old, disused track of Feature 123 (above). <1>
