Full Description
Enclosure.
5m to the SE of the existing access track, a three-sided grass-covered, bank-walled structure, defines possibly an enclosure of sorts or former shelter. Structure dimensions are 9m x 8m, with the long, NW side trending 0420 and the SE side is open and faces onto an open grazing meadow, gently sloping to the SE. The broad walls, which are spread to 1.5m thick and 0.7m high, are constructed of substantial boulders, now mainly overgrown with short, grazed grass. <1>
