Full Description

NH64SE 69 6709 4436.

Discovery of human bone fragments during domestic garage and coal bunker construction in house garden, led to small-scale salvage excavation which produced evidence for a heavily disturbed and truncated burial pit dug into natural gravels.
Decayed bone recovered in situ. C14 date pending.
