NG25NE 15.10 267 567.

There are some five hectares of spade-dug cultivation ridges in the area to the NE of the boundary of the crofting township of Brae Stein as defined in 1880 on the 1st edition of the Ordnance Survey map of 1880 (Island of Skye &c., Inverness-shire 1880, sheet xv). Some of the areas of ridging are delimited by field-banks, for example at NG 2690 5690. Visited by RCAHMS (PJD) 22 November 1990.
