Full Description

CD of external photos of buiildings on site. Small single storey cottage with single storey extension to rear with large chimney - local stone. Door way at one end infilled. Derelict with roof collapsing. Brick built "wood store" in plot. Also photos of "barn" also derelict with roof collapsing. Large two storeys with large windows. Doorways at both ends. That at one end extended to take carts or similar. Provided as response to P/A. Plan to demolish the cottage & woodstore, but retain & renovate the barn for storage purposes - HAW 11/2004

Building running along N side of mill lade that runs off N side of Stainland Burn. Another building to N of this on 1st ed OS. Planning app 04/00062/OUTCA to convert old mill house - HAW 3/2004
