Full Description
A stone built structure with corner 'cupboards' in each corner.

This information was updated by Mr Swan in 2008. This pair of shielings is south facing and shielded on the north by a low crag. The left hand one is 4.7m long x 3.4m wide x 1.3m highest wall, with a 1.4m wide doorway on its eastern side. The right hand building is 5.0m long x 3.4m wide x 1.2m highest wall, with a 0.65m wide doorway in its south side. It also has lamb "twinning pens" in each corner, possibly a later addition. <2><3>
