Full Description

Two roofed buildings and a large rectilinear enclosure, with the line of a dyke to the north, are shown on the first edition Ordnance Survey map (of c.1870) at this location. The buildings are depicted as unroofed on the second edition Ordnance Survey map (of c.1900). The structures currently lie within open land in a forest plantation. The site was visited as part of a reconnaissance survey during 2004 (Farrell 2004).
