Architect: James Gilespie (Graham). (1776-1885)
Observations on the cost which amounts 'to the enormous sum of 32,876.13.9'.[pounds] (1809-1811).
Mr Gillespie's accounts have not yet been examined or settled 'notwithstanding the large payments made to him, he claims a balance of 120'.[pounds]
