There are at least three subrectangular huts and two shieling mounds scattered along the grassy banks of a meandering section of the Allt Cuil na Caillich, a short distance above its confluence with the Allt Coire na Caillich. The central hut (KING95 68 at NH 6927 0436) is situated on the W bank of the burn and measures 4m from N to S by 2.3m transversely within a turf wall 0.3m in height and spread to 1.2m in thickness (KING95 68). It stands on top of a turf mound, probably composed of the spread remains of earlier huts, which measures 15m from N to S by 7.5m transversely and 1m in height, and has a turf bank curving around its S edge. About 30m to the N of this there is a second turf mound which may be the remains of another hut, and to the N again, on the opposite bank at NH 6926 0443, there is a hut measuring 3.8m by 2.2m within a turf wall 0.8m in thickness (KING95 67). The final hut (KING95 66) is on the E bank of the burn at NH 6929 0429; it measures 3.9m from N to S by 2m transversely within a stony bank 0.4m in height and has an entrance on the E side.
