A narrow subrectangular structure, defined by two parallel rows of boulders set on edge, lies on a grassy terrace below the cliffs at Conagearaidh. The structure sits on a slight rise and measures 3.4m from NW to SE by 0.5m internally. A large boulder, also set on edge, forms the SE end of the structure, but its NW end is now open towards the sea and several other loose boulders lie round about. Its location, overlooking the rocky foreshore, suggests that it is a kelp kiln.
About 25m to the NE, on the leading edge of the terrace, there is a low subrectangular stony platform measuring 8.2m from NW to SE by 2m.
