Full Description

A walkover survey in advance of a proposed afforestation scheme at Glen Spean was carried out by the Centre for Archaeology in 1998. A substantial drystone wall, standing over 1 m high in places, was seen to run between River Roy, Allt a' Mhuilinn and Allt Bohenie, defining an enclosure c. 500 m by 300 m. The wall probably defined a former limit of infield to the north of Bohenie settlement. <1>
