Aerial photography (RCAHMSAP 1995) has revealed the remains of a township consisting of at least six unroofed buildings immediately to the SE of Kincraig House. The buildings are not depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1873, sheets lxxxviii) or the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1995). An unenclosed settlement has been recorded immediately to the SW (NH80NW 41).
