A township, farmstead and sheepfold are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Argyllshire 1875, sheet xxvii). The township comprises five unroofed buildings and a head-dyke. The farmstead comprises one unroofed building with an attached enclosure, one partially roofed L-shaped building and one roofed building with a attached sheepfold.
The township comprises two unroofed buildings and a head-dyke, and the farmstead comprises five roofed buildings and a sheepfold as shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).
