A township, comprising one roofed building, one partially roofed building, nine unroofed buildings, four enclosures, a head-dyke and one unroofed structure annotated 'Kiln' is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Argyllshire 1875, sheet lix). Five roofed, three unroofed buildings and six enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).
